Privacy Policy

This page explains what data skrl3d.com uses and why. I keep it to what the site needs to work.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Who is responsible

skrl3d.com is run by Skrl 3D, an independent creator. For any privacy question or request, contact me on my Discord server.

When you browse the site

• Server logs: like any website, the server records technical data for each request (IP address, browser, page, referring site). These logs are used for security and are deleted after about 14 days.
• Visit statistics: to understand which packs interest visitors, the site records the country (provided by Cloudflare), the pages and packs viewed, the site you came from and actions such as opening the 3D viewer or adding to cart. These statistics use an anonymous code that changes every day and do not store your IP address.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site, counts visits and measures page loading speed. It does not use cookies.
• No advertising trackers are used.

When you log in (optional)

• Discord login: your Discord ID, display name, avatar, and your roles and join date on my Discord server (permissions identify and guilds.members.read). They show your account and unlock member perks.
• FiveM login: your Cfx.re ID, username and forum avatar, received through Tebex. They are used to show your purchases and downloads.

When you buy

Payments are processed by Tebex. I never see your card or bank details. Tebex sends me the transaction ID, your Cfx.re username and ID, the items bought, the amount and the date, so I can show your purchases in My account and help you if something goes wrong. Tebex's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

The "Recent payments" bar and the "Top customer of the month" show the Cfx.re username and avatar of buyers. If you prefer not to appear there, tell me on Discord.

Community features

Photos you post in #SKRLinspo are public, with your display name. Support tickets keep your messages and Discord name so I can follow up on your request.

Cookies and browser storage

• skrl_user and skrl_fivem: keep you logged in with Discord or FiveM, for 7 days.
• skrl_seen: counts a visit once, for 12 hours.
• Cloudflare may set technical cookies to protect the site from abuse.
• Your cart, favorites and display preferences are stored in your own browser (local storage), not on my server.

Services involved

Tebex (payments and invoices), Cfx.re (delivery of props packs), Discord (login and community), Cloudflare (security, content delivery and visit statistics) and my web hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time what data I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, on my Discord server. Data linked to a payment may have to be kept by Tebex for legal and accounting reasons.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
