Terms of Sale

These terms cover the digital products sold on skrl3d.com: props packs, clothing and the Subscription.

1. Who you buy from

Purchases are processed by Tebex, which acts as the reseller of Skrl 3D products and handles payment, invoices, taxes and billing support. By buying, you also accept the Tebex checkout terms.

2. Products and delivery

• Props packs are granted to the Cfx.re account you link at checkout, in Granted Assets on portal.cfx.re. They are protected by the FiveM Asset Escrow system.
• Clothing is a direct download, with the link shown right after payment and sent by email by Tebex. Clothing files are open source.
• The Subscription is billed every period until you cancel. It gives access to every pack in the shop, new releases included, for as long as it stays active.
• Delivery is usually instant. If something is missing, contact me with your transaction ID.

3. License

• One purchase covers one FiveM server.
• You may use the assets on that server and edit open source clothing for it.
• You may not resell, share, re-upload, leak or include the assets in another product, free or paid, and you may not try to remove the escrow protection.
• Ownership of a props pack can be transferred from the Cfx.re portal. A transfer is permanent.

4. Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so they are non-refundable once delivered, except where the law or the Tebex refund policy says otherwise. If a pack does not work as described, contact me first: I fix the problem or find a solution with you.

A chargeback or payment dispute can lead to the removal of the assets from your Cfx.re account.

5. Updates and support

Fixes and updates of a pack you own are free and delivered the same way as the pack. Support is given on my Discord server.

6. Free products

Free downloads, such as Realistic Eyes, follow the same license: free to use on your server, not to be re-uploaded or sold.

7. Trademarks

Skrl 3D is not affiliated with or endorsed by Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games or Cfx.re. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version that applies is the one published on this page on the day of your purchase.
